AUSSCHREIBUNG und REGLEMENT gültig für alle auszutragenden Disziplinen

Allgemeines

Diese Wettkampfordnung regelt die Organisation und Durchführung sämtlicher Wettkämpfe bei der oben genannten Veranstaltung, welche von der WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION AUSTRIA, kurz WKF Austria als hauptverantwortlicher Veranstalter in Kooperation mit der WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION INTERNATIONAL durchgeführt wird.

Es werden an alle Starter Urkunden vergeben, sowie Medaillen für die ersten drei Plätze je Alters-, Gewichts- oder Graduierungsklasse entsprechend der jeweiligen Sportart/Disziplin..

Gültig sind ausschließlich die auf unserer Homepage

veröffentlichten Reglements zu den einzelnen Disziplinen, gekämpft wird - allenfalls in Abweichung von einzelnen Regelwerken - ausschließlich nach dem K.O.System.

Unter Rücksichtnahme auf unterschiedliche Stilrichtungen und länderspezifische Traditionen kann von reglementierten Bekleidungsvorgaben abgewichen werden.

Die organisatorischen Hauptverantwortlichen sowie die jeweiligen WettkampfleiterInnen in den einzelnen Sportarten/Disziplinen werden vor Beginn des Bewerbes bekanntgegeben. 

Zeitplan an allen drei Tagen:

Einlass ab 8:30

8:45-9:45 > Abwaage

9:00 > offizieller Beginn der Veranstaltung und Start der Kämpfe

Siegerehrung:

erfolgt laufend für die jeweils abgeschlossene Gruppe bzw. Disziplin

Startgeld:

je SportlerIn für den ersten Start > € 35,— zuz. € 20,— pro weiterer Nennung;

In Klassen mit einer Altersobergrenze von maximal 17 Jahren > € 30,— zuz. € 15,— pro weiterer Nennung;

Dies gilt sinngemäß auch für Paarungen/Teams. Beachtet dabei bitte, dass systembedingt zwei bzw drei SportlerInnen in einer Paarung/einem Team als eine eigene Verrechnungseinheit gelten.

Startberechtigt sind SportlerInnen aus aller Welt ab Jahrgang: 2010 und älter für Chanbara, 2006 oder älter für Krav Maga/Selbstverteidigung, 2008 oder älter für alle anderen Disziplinen,;

Die Nenngelder sind bis spätestens 18. Mai 2020 (einlangend!) auf das Konto

IBAN: AT66 1200 0100 2614 7032 lautend auf WKF Austria/Convention

oder am Veranstaltungstag in bar bei der Anmelde-/Abwaagestelle vor Ort zu bezahlen.

Nennschluss: Sonntag, der 9. Mai 2020

Nennungen nach dem Nennschluss werden mit € 10,— pro Person zusätzlich verrechnet.

Anmeldungen sind ausschließlich hier online möglich.

Beachtet dazu bitte den „Leitfaden zur Online-Registrierung“ und die Reglements der verschiedenene Disziplinen auf unserer Homepage!

Mit der Anmeldung bestätigen die jeweiligen Vereinsvertreter bzw. Anmeldenden, dass von jedem Teilnehmer eine unterfertigte „Einverständniserklärung im Sinne der DSGVO“ (Muster siehe  http://www.wkfaustria.at/index.php/download.html ) oder zumindest die ausdrückliche Zustimmung zu derselben vorliegt.

Weiters, dass bei minderjährigen Sportlern die Zustimmung der Erziehungsberechtigten zur Teilnahme eingeholt, sowie die Sporttauglichkeit der Teilnehmer durch einen Arzt bestätigt wurde.

Die handelnden Personen sowie Organe und Trainer des jeweiligen Vereins erkennen mit der Anmeldung zu diesem Bewerb an, dass sie für die Erfüllung dieser Vorgaben die volle Verantwortung tragen und allenfalls den Veranstalter sowie die Kampfrichter/Wettkampfleitung diesbezüglich schad- und klaglos halten.

Der Veranstalter übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Verletzungen oder sonstige gesundheitliche Folgen, ebenso wenig für abhanden gekommenes Eigentum.

Beachtet bitte, dass Ihr Euch mit dem Besuch unserer Veranstaltung ausdrücklich mit der Anfertigung von Fotos bzw. Videos von Euch sowie allenfalls Euren Kindern einverstanden erklärt und weiters einer allfälligen Veröffentlichung dieser im Rahmen des Events entstandenen Aufnahmen sowie Namen und relevanter Daten im Radio, Fernsehen, auf Online- und/oder Printmedien, insbesondere Vereins- und Verbands-Homepages und Facebook-Seiten zustimmt.

SPECIFICATION and RULES valid for all disciplines to be held

General information

These COMPETITION RULES govern the organization and conduct of all competitions at the above mentioned event, which is organised by WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION AUSTRIA, in short WKF Austria as the main organizer in cooperation with WORLD KOBUDO FEDERATION INTERNATIONAL.

All starters will be awarded with certificates and medals for the first three places per age, weight or graduation class according to the respective sport/discipline.

published regulations for the individual disciplines, fighting takes place - if necessary in deviation from individual rules - exclusively according to the K.O.System.

In consideration of different styles and country-specific traditions, it is possible to deviate from regulated clothing requirements.

The main persons responsible for the organization as well as the respective competition directors in the individual sports/disciplines will be announced before the start of the competition.

Schedule on all three days:

Admission from 8:30

8:45-9:45 > weighing

9:00 > official start of the event and start of the fights

Price giving ceremony:

takes place continuously for each completed group or discipline

Starting fee:

per athlete for the first start > € 35,- plus € 20,- per further entry;

In classes with a maximum age limit of 17 years > € 30,- plus € 15,- per further entry;

This also applies analogously to mating/teams. Please note that, due to the system, two or three athletes in a pairing/team are considered as a separate unit of account.

Entitled to start are athletes from all over the world, starting from year of age: 2010 or older for Chanbara, 2006 or older for Krav Maga/Self-defense, 2008 or older for all other disciplines;

The entry fees have to be transferred by May 18th, 2020 at the latest (incoming!)

or to be paid in cash on the day of the event at the registration / weighing station on site.

Closing date: Sunday, 9 May 2019

Entries after closing date will be charged with additional € 10,- per person.

Please refer to the "Guideline for Online-Registration“ and the rules of the different disciplines on our website.

By registering, the respective club representatives or registrants confirm that each participant has signed a "declaration of consent in the sense of the DSGVO (or GDPR  > Pattern see: http://www.wkfaustria.at/index.php/download.html ) or at least the express consent to the same is given.

In the case of underage athletes, the consent of their legal guardians to participate has been obtained, and the athletic fitness of the participants has been confirmed by a doctor.

The acting persons as well as organs and coaches of the respective club recognise with the registration to this competition that they carry the full responsibility for the fulfilment of these guidelines and if necessary hold the organiser as well as the referee/competition management free of charge and complaint in this regard.

The organiser is not liable for injuries or other health consequences, nor for lost property.

Please note that by attending our event, you expressly agree to the taking of photos or videos of yourself and, if applicable, your children, and that you consent to any publication of these recordings made during the event as well as names and relevant data on radio, television, online and/or print media, especially club and association homepages and Facebook pages.
